Wild Spine Uganda combines Uganda-based route knowledge with formal invoices, company-bank transfer discipline, clear terms, and practical traveller support.

Our standard

Legal business identity

Legal entity, registration number, and registered address will be published after they are confirmed from official company documents.

Our standard

Licensing status

Tourism licence, guide credentials, memberships, and verification links will be added only after the documents are checked and current.

Our standard

Permit handling

Gorilla and chimpanzee permit planning is handled through official channels. Permit dates, sectors, and non-refundable conditions are explained before payment.

Our standard

Supplier selection

Lodges, transport providers, guides, porters, and specialist suppliers are selected around safety, location logic, reliability, guest fit, and written supplier terms.

Our standard

Financial safeguards

Every payment request is tied to an approved itinerary, itemised quotation, numbered invoice, official company-bank instructions, and authorised bank reconciliation.

Our standard

Emergency support

Travellers receive arrival, transfer, park, guide, and operations contacts in their confirmed booking pack. Emergency support procedures are documented before travel.

Our standard

Insurance guidance

Travellers are advised to arrange appropriate travel, medical, evacuation, cancellation, curtailment, and baggage insurance before departure.

Our standard

Sustainability

Wild Spine plans routes that respect park rules, local communities, guide professionalism, conservation priorities, and realistic pressure on sensitive ecosystems.

Our standard

Reviews and references

Public third-party review links and references will be added only when verified. Private guest notes are kept separate from public review platforms.

Our standard

Complaints process

Complaints must be submitted in writing with booking references. Wild Spine logs the issue, acknowledges receipt, investigates, and responds with next steps.

Visible planning

Field media supports confidence, but does not replace verification.

These field visuals make Wild Spine feel more human and local while legal, licence, staff, and supplier details are published only after official verification.

Forest guidance, shown naturally

A real field clip helps travelers feel the human side of planning without overstating credentials.

Route preparation

The terrain helps explain route choices, gear advice, pacing, and recovery days.

Mountain terrain context

Route photos should make preparation concrete while final supplier details remain quote-specific.

Team and guide profiles

People trust identifiable people.

These profiles show who leads Wild Spine Uganda's planning and field support. Details that still need document confirmation, such as languages or licences, are marked clearly instead of being guessed.

Profile standard

Real profiles, careful claims.

Wild Spine can strengthen these cards further when confirmed languages, licences, professional qualifications, park specialisms, and credential expiry dates are ready for public display.

Real portrait and full public name

Clear role and guest responsibility

Experience stated without exaggeration

Languages and licences marked as pending unless verified

Booking and field responsibilities explained plainly

Easy future updates when more credentials are confirmed

Guests still receive a named planning contact before payment.

Your written proposal names the planning contact for that booking and explains the next steps before any company-bank transfer is requested.

Client money safeguards

Company-bank transfer only, matched by finance.

Wild Spine Uganda accepts payments only into the official company bank account stated on an authorised invoice. Transfer advice is not treated as proof of payment; receipts are issued only after authorised bank reconciliation.

Read payment information

No booking is confirmed solely through WhatsApp or social media.

Travellers cannot mark an invoice paid themselves.

A transfer screenshot is recorded only as supporting advice, never proof of receipt.

Finance must match bank transaction reference, sender, amount, currency, value date, and invoice reference.

Corrections, refunds, and disputed statuses require admin-level review.

Financial changes are logged for later review.

Booking confidence

Start with a verified proposal, not a rushed payment.

You receive a written itinerary, itemised quotation, numbered invoice, cancellation terms, and assigned journey planner. Payments are accepted only by transfer to the official company bank account stated on your invoice.
